2024 Magistrale Sauvignon Blanc I.G.T. Veneto

The 2024 Magistrale Sauvignon Blanc is harvested in early September from vineyards planted on clayey and sandy soils in the Veneto region. The wine is softly pressed, fermented with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks, and then refined in bottle. With a straw yellow color and greenish highlights, this Sauvignon Blanc displays fruity and floral aromas with citrus and elderflower notes. The palate is crisp, savory, and persistent. Serve chilled and pair with light seafood or salads with goat cheese.
